Why Coral Secondary School forbids students to idle around near their school in their school uniform?
This rule was implemented to stop students from going out after school instead of going home to finish their homework.

Yes - the school should tell the students to finish their homework on time. No - to stop students from going to whtie sands for just a meal is being overprotective. If the principle wanted to implement such a rule, it should be done with a time limit, for example, no loitering in the mall after 6p.m. Not only do most of the students think that this rule is ridiculous, the parents are also angry about this rule. To stop them from going to the mall for a simple meal is insane.
