Question 1)
A) List two reasons why teens are reluctant to call helplines despite the promise of anonymity and professional help.
1) Teens find it wierd to talk to people they have never met before, let alone confide in them.
2) Teens find it wimpy to call the helplines.

B) According to Ms Lily Chu, how does Touch Leadership and Mentoring prefer to help troubled teens?
Touch Leadershop and Mentoring says that they prefer to help youths through more direct ways, such as educational workshops in schools, face-to-face counselling and home visits.

Question 2)
Have you confided in your friends or family members about the problems you face in school/ life? Why or why not?
Yes, I confide in my family, but very seldom. The reason I seldom talk to my family about my problems is because i do not think they can help me much. At the most, they can only help by counseling me. Although it might make me feel slightly better, I do not really think it solves the problem. However, I do not confide in friends. The reason I do not is mainl because I think they might simply make fun of me.
Have you been betrayed by your friends before? If yes, how? (You may change the names of the people involved for privacy)
No, I have not. Although they have done somethings which others may regard as betrayal, I don't think that my friends have done anything to intentionally hurt me.
